Good day Poli, May I ask you on how to complete the quest "How to get a powerfull accessory 2. I have already acquired the accessory in the past but I can't complete it in the current season character that I am using. I started the questline form Eiltoin (Veteran BDO player mode). I tried to follow the instrution written but I still can not complete it.I tried to talk to the black spirit but it does not offer any quest or conversation to complete the quest .Are there any rerquirements that I have missed in order to complete the quest?

if you already complete those PEN Acc, you just need to Summon your black spirit and go to "Chat" menu, and choose you already finish it, and you will complete that part
