Hello Chris,
Is this still a known issue? As I'm encounting the boss, getting him to 80%, when he lands I use my stun but however, he is still one shotting me.
sometime I found partial bug during main quest combat, if you find that, try to change server, and do DPS as much as you can, since there are 10 minute limit before the boss 1 shoot you to end your torment >.<
