Hello! I recently graduated from season month a ago when early graduation started. It says here in the event that "We" can start new season anytime again

Can we create a new season character again in this season even we already graduated or wait till December 31?

I think we have to wait a few more days to get the whole details on how the new season mechanics will work. So right now, graduating your character will not let you make a new season character, unless it is stealthily added during the last update.
i hope we can create unlimited number of season characters even having them one character at a time and they force graduate you when december 31 rolls by.
edit 8/23 I guess we are limited to how many coupons they can give us each time for us to create new season characters. Possibly, they might even sell some coupons in the pearl shop if they find it to be profitable.
