Bell-ringing ceremony: On the hill above the Coastal Cave in Velia
▲ The bell-ringing will take place on the hill above the Coastal Cave next to Velia.
✧ Fireworks: Velia, Heidel, Calpheon
* On all servers (Excluding Season-Arsha, Arsha, Arsha: Anonymous, and Olvia Server)
* Black Desert World will be set to nighttime during the fireworks event.

Velia ▶ Recommended spots: In front of NPC Tranan Underfoe, on the roof
Heidel ▶ Recommended spots: Behind NPC Ornella, on the ramparts
