Black Desert Ambassador?

Adventurers who guide others and share their Black Desert know-how on the official community forums, in-game chat, Discord, and more.
(E.g. guide for new/returning Adventurers, sharing know-how for leveling classes, introduction to Life Skills, etc.)

How to be a Ambassador

Adventurers who wish to be a Black Desert Ambassador can submit a Ambassador application via the [Black Desert Ambassador Application] below.

Answer the questions about your aspirations to the Ambassador Program and your knowledge about Black Desert.
* Only activities conducted through in-game chat, the official website, and Black Desert Asia's official social media (Discord, Facebook, Instagram) count for Ambassadors. Anything on unofficial channels won't be recognized.

* The number of Ambassadors selected is subject to change depending on the circumstances.

* TIP! The more detailed your application is, the more likely you’ll be selected as a Black Desert Ambassador.

Ambassador Application

* Survey Submission Period: Feb 13, 2025 (Thu) after maintenance - Feb 20, 2025 (Thu) before maintenance
* Winner Announcement: Feb 27, 2025 (Thu)
* Ambassador Activity Period: Feb 27, 2025 (Thu) after maintenance - May 28, 2025 (Thu) before maintenance

How to be Active as a Ambassador

① Provide guidance to new/returning Adventurers on the in-game “Lunar Halo Inn” chat group or other various community platforms.

② Once the activity period is over, Adventurers selected as Black Desert Ambassadors will receive instructions on how to submit an “Activity Report” on the Black Desert Southeast Asia official Discord server.

- We will use this activity report to determine and select the top Ambassadors.

③ The Support Activity Benefits will only be sent to adventurers who have fulfilled submitted their Activity Report. Adventurers who do not fulfill this requirement will be revoked of their Black Desert Ambassador privileges.

* If you have your Black Desert Ambassador privileges revoked, you may no longer be eligible to receive the benefits and rewards.

* The [Ambassador] title will be sent to all selected Adventurers during first maintenance of the month. Afterward, it will be sent during the first maintenance of every month.

* Top Ambassadors will receive their titles and rewards during the last maintenance each month.
* The Black Desert Service Team will review activities and select the Top Ambassadors based on their contributions during the period.

* The [Event] Value Pack (30 Days) will be sent during the last maintenance of the month. However, if you have your Black Desert Ambassador privileges revoked during the activity period, you will no longer be eligible to receive these rewards.

Additional Notices

- If your application is approved, your family name will be included in our Ambassadors announcement after the first maintenance day of each month.

- Any Adventurers selected as Black Desert Ambassadors who lack activity, have inappropriate chat/activities, or post inappropriate/thoughtless content on the forums will be disqualified and have their Ambassador privileges revoked, along with withdrawal of any sent titles.

- Adventurers who have their Black Desert Support privileges revoked may be excluded from being selected in future Black Desert Ambassador recruitments.

- The number of Adventurers selected may change on the number of participants.

- Event rewards may change without prior notice to another item with a similar value.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service/Operational Policy, you may be disqualified and have any rewards withdrawn even after the selection announcements.
