Im a returning player , recently downloaded bdo through steam . when i am trying to login to the game after the character selection screen , what i see is only black screen while i can still hear the background music , please solve this

does press any button during blackscreen resolve it? becouse bdo said everytime first login/switch to the character they entering "photo-mode" by defauilt sometime it takes more time but it will load eventually
