I dont know which one of the two has the connection problem. Our internet connection had to problem at all, PING are okay and had no Request Time Out.. Streaming are okay too. But playing the game became laggy with good internet connection.

So what's wrong? It BDO hasnt resolved the connection problem?

Yeah i have the same problem here when i play other game my ping are good and and when i stream its also good my internet speed right now is 30mbps and still so laggy and i wait for 5 to 10mins to connect cause when i move it will back where i spawn?!!!! also when i connect in game at 1mins it will reconnecting agian!!!!!

try using a vpn, I had same problems before and then I tried using exitlag and went fine after that, no dc and acceptable latency; overall stable connection.

I would think it's both BDO itself and your ISP. When I was in the PH I was using PLDT Fibr at 300Mbps and I would still sometimes get issues during Vell time.

So it's not only ISP from MY? PH too? So is it our ISP fault or is it BDO's server fault? Yeah don't bother suggesting VPN, it's not allowed. This lag issue happens like every single night during nodewar. This is outrageous! 

It's the BDO server. they need to start updating/upgrading it to handle the population of players.

Not necessarily BDO fault. 

PLDT is labelled as PLDC for a reason. 
It chooses the shittiest route to the server, hence why vpn is commonly used as it uses the more effecient routes. 

I know peeps who play from NA,EU, middle east etc on SEA server  but dont have as much problems with connection despite being from a different region whch usually means worse ping due to distance alone. 

I myself, if it wasnt for weekly maintenance could be logged onto BDO throughout the whole year if i wanted to. 
If i was in PH using pldt, lol. Never. I wouldnt even bet if it could last a full day without getting atleast one disconnection.

Try exitlag or mudfish, i'm sure tehre are others but these two are the most popular ones

Having the same problem here, it would only go as far as having character selection and then wouldn't load anymore.
