I wanted clarification as with this current season being extended, would I be able to have 2 or more seasonal characters. As I have Graduated my previous seasonal characters. 

Is it still being worked upon as when I tried making a DK, it doesn't show any prompt to make a "Seasonal character"

Oh and is there any hiccups regarding graduating now? Seems like a friend is not able to graduate but has done the minimal as to graduate. 
(Fughar not giving quests to graduate)

From the limited information they gave it seems you can create as many season characters that you want one at a time. We do have to wait for specific details in order to get the whole mechanics on how to proceed.

from what i remember about graduating fughar dies notgive the quest to graduate. You have to get it from a shai located inside a building right of tachros. Once you have the wuest then you can go to fughar to complete it.

edit 8/23 I guess we are limited to how many coupons they can give us each time for us to create new season characters. Possibly, they might even sell some coupons in the pearl shop if they find it to be profitable.
