- Enjoy Season Servers all year long! You will be able to create a season character 365 days a year as long as you have a Season Character Ticket!
- Completed the Season Pass? Now you can graduate whenever you like!
- Automatic Tuvala upgrade! Upon graduation, the highest grade Tuvala equipment is automatically converted to regular equipment!
A. The first Ticket will be delivered after the Sep. 20 (Wed) maintenance. After than, Season Character Tickets are issued periodically and can be obtained when logging in.
You will be able to check the number of Tickets you have accumulated in the character creation window.
You can have up to 5 Season Character Ticket per family, however, there can only be one season character active. You can create additional characters after graduating the first.
A. Nope! You can either create a season character right away, or store it and use it later! Play the Seasons when you want.
If you do not log in for more than 180 days, automatic graduation will be processed.
A. With the new Tag system, we are removing Fughar's Timepiece.
※ If an Adventurer still has a Fughar's Timepiece from the Summer Season, this item will be deleted during the regular maintenance on December 17, 2023 (Wed)

- If you have completed the Season Pass, you can graduate whenever you want.
- Upon graduation, the highest grade Tuvala equipment is automatically converted to regular equipment.
- If you do not log in for more than 180 days, automatic graduation will be processed. In this case, just like the existing graduation system, all season items and unclaimed season pass rewards will be deleted, and any Tuvala equipment you own will be automatically converted according to priority. You will also get your seasonal graduation gifts, so don’t worry!
※ One ‘Season Character Pass’ held at the time of graduation will be consumed. If you graduated from a Summer 2023 season character, your Season Character Ticket will not be consumed.
A. No. You must graduate your current Season character before creating a new one.
A. Yes! Every Season Character you create will be able to progress through the Season Journey and collect the rewards.
A. All enhancing materials from pervious seasons were deleted with the Season update. You have been paid Silver in the amount before the price change.

- EXP share! The tagged character also gains the same XP points. This allows you to gain combat and skill EXP in both directions!
- This feature is only available for non-Season characters
A. Those Season characters will be converted to regular characters during the regular maintenance on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
A. You can recreate it! Since the Season Character Ticket is an item that is consumed upon character graduation, the Ticket will not be lost even if deleted, so you can create a season character again.
However, the rewards received by the deleted season character cannot be received again, but you can continue to obtain rewards that were not received.
A. No. You will need to create a new character with a Seasonal coupon to enjoy Seasonal benefits.
A. No. Rewards marked "Once per Family" are only able to be obtained once.
A. If you do not log in for more than 180 days, automatic graduation will be processed.
A. This Season’s special season reward is an Advice of Valks (+150)! You can still choose any of the rewards from the past Seasons that you haven't already claimed.
Graduates will also receive one Boss Gear Exchange Coupon to convert one piece of Tuvala Gear for Boss Gear (at one Enhancement level lower)!
A. You are free to create a new Season character after graduation if you have a Season Character Coupon. If you do not have any active, you will need to wait until the next Coupon release.
A. If you need to redeem all rewards from season pass, you cannot graduate Season. Please redeem all rewards from season pass!
A. You can tag two characters in your Family, which allows you to instantly switch between the tagged characters.
When tagging, both characters' positions will always be synchronized,
allowing character A to gain EXP that can also be acquired by character B.
* When character A obtains EXP, character B also obtains the same amount of EXP.
Please note that there are some unavailable contents for tagged characters, so be sure to check the details below before tagging.
■ Conditions for tagging characters
- Both characters must be Lv. 7 or higher to be tagged.
- The two characters that will be tagged together must be located in the same city/town. (Excluding Kusha, Abun, and Muiquun)
■ How to tag characters
- Log in to the character you want to tag.
- Select the "Tag Characters" icon located on the upper left portion of the screen.
- Select and link two characters who you wish to tag.
■ How to untag characters
- The two tagged characters must be located in the same city/town to be untagged.
- There should be no stored EXP. (If there is any, you need to collect the stored EXP to untag the characters.)
- Click the same icon that you pressed when tagging the characters to untag them.
■ Things to keep in mind
- Tagged characters cannot hold/handle trade items. (Including fish obtained through fishing.)
- Combat/Skill EXP from Black Spirit's Training cannot be shared.
- Only Skill EXP gained through PvE combat will be shared.
- When obtaining the accumulated EXP, leveling up will be temporarily halted once at Lv. 49, Lv. 56, and Lv. 60.

You can untag the tagged characters by pressing the "Tag Characters" icon located on the upper left portion of the screen. Both characters must be in the same city/town, and there should be no stored uncollected EXP.
■ How to untag characters
- The two tagged characters must be located in the same city/town to be untagged.
- There should be no stored EXP. (If there is any, you need to collect the stored EXP to untag the characters.)
- Click the same icon that you pressed when tagging the characters to untag them.
Press the "Get EXP" button in the Character’s Tag Setting UI to get the stored EXP gained by the tagged character.
