Change server. Also make sure you are not afk training while you are in a node war server while the node war is happening.

also change training location or go afk training in the land of the morning light lesser chance there will be griefers

do not bother killing him, some of them still have postive karma, if you managed to kill them you will have your karma reduced and may end up a red player where anybody can kill you.
