the launcher wont launch , stuck on black spirit

when i double click my launcher it just show a black spirit icon and wont launch at all
i have wait for 30 minutes still nothing happen
i cant even login
anyone can help ?

o Did you run from shortcut?
Try run from original launcher and run as admin
o Did you firewall block it?
o if there is no error message, it is usually no internet connection or too much packet lost.
o Check your service.ini - make sure the ip is correct

Same problem, here stuck on ghost splash screen. Some times its starts but its random. Im stuck at ghost splash screen.
