[Suggestion] Setting to toggle on simplified Find NPC icons next to mini-map

Basically, allow non-new and non-returning players to toggle simplified Find NPC icons back on.
It's a really useful feature. Don't know why only new/returning players should have this. At least, give everyone the option to turn it back on if they want.
