Please add a feature that can let us apply these hotkey settings to every character in our account, instead of applying to single character

AND on that note, i should be able to assign the use of all 6 augmentation keys (left Shift, Alt, Ctrl and right Shift, Alt, Ctrl) and all their combinations as well, to be part of a 'hotkey' sequence so that if i wanted a slot to have a keybind of Left Alt+F4 i can..!! or Right Shift + Left Ctrl + F12 etc (btw Tera successfully did that as a legitimate keybind)  AND i DO NOT want the double tap movement keys for roll dodge, i'd rather use something else in combat.!! grrrr..

AND yes make it such that there is a set of global keybind settings that all characters inherit from and then a character specific set that can then be further customised. 'cos, why not.!!
