Operational Policy Revision Notice

Greetings, Adventurers.

 

During the December 13, 2023 (Wed) maintenance, we will be integrating the Crystal Recovery, which was provided via Customer Support twice per year, into an in-game function.

 

After the update, you will be able to immediately recover destroyed crystals instead of waiting for Customer Support to process your request. As a result, the Crystal Recovery clause in the Operational Policy will be removed.

 

We hope this change provides a more comfortable gameplay experience for Adventurers, and we will strive to make more quality-of-life improvements.

Operational Policy Revision

  • Main Revision: Recovery of crystals destroyed due to a character’s death added as an in-game function

 

Previously, crystal recovery was provided twice per year via Support, but this required Adventurers to make requests and wait for the process to be completed, which took some time for them to receive the recovered crystals.

To make this process much easier and faster, we’ve added crystal recovery as an in-game function with the December 13, 2023 (Wed) maintenance, which allows for 3 recoveries per year.

This will allow crystal recovery to be more approachable for Adventurers, allowing easy and quick recovery. And with this update, we will also remove the related clause in the Operational Policy, since crystal recovery is now an in-game function.

[Crystals destroyed due to a character’s death]

• Recovery is limited to twice a year per account

• Must send the inquiry within 72 hours of character’s death

• Only crystals destroyed during a single death can be recovered

• Recovery is not possible if the character’s Karma was negative at the time of death

• Excluding crystals, other items/EXP cannot be recovered

(Replaced with the in-game recovery function.)

* If you do not express your objection by December 20, 2023 (Wed), the effective date of the revised Operational Policy, you will be deemed to have agreed to the contents of this revision.

* If you do not agree with the revision of the Operational Policy, you may apply for termination of the service use contract or raise objections through [Support]. However, please note that all game information, including characters and items you hold, will be deleted upon termination of the service use contract, and this cannot be recovered.
