you can get one as you progress in main quest. the black spirit will give it to you at around lvl 56 or 57. once it's consumed, u need book of old moon for same function.

No need to get armstrong skill get yourself a Old Moon book its x100 better.

The old moon book give you the same effect + so much more. There is also a 7 day option. Log in rewards and events also have these, I know I have a lot uncollected since I dont do a lot of combat.
