To celebrate the 7th anniversary, the Velian chef baked it, yet it’s somehow missing!
Rumor has it that a “Gift Box” lurking near Loggia Farm might have nicked it!
Go retrieve that cake!

Defeat the Gift Box and retrieve the cake!
Accept the weekly quest "[Event] Sweet Gift" from David Finto at the Velia Inn!
Once you defeat the "Gift Box", interact with the cake to finish the quest!
Approaching the cake also grants you an Energy Recovery buff!
