Worker Node bug! Unable to send worker despite node connected.

Anyone have this issue before and have solution for this? I don't know why but I can't send my Tarif worker to one of the node in Mediah despite being connected. It keep giving the node production destination error despite my worker unable to change the destination since it is below lv40. This also happened to another node for me in LOML. One common thing I noticed is that those nodes had workers who stop working and were sent to promotion.
