This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.

First off, we would like to thank all the Adventurers that have been showing interest in the Black Desert Global Lab.

Currently, all the discovered bugs and errors have been submitted through the ‘Feedback’ menu in our website.

However, the ‘Feedback’ menu has limitations on the number of attachments and their size.

So we have decided to provide an email address for our Adventurers that have been struggling to send reports due to the limitation on attachments.

Please send us reports on bugs, errors, or changes that needs to be implemented with compressed files of videos and other large attachments via email.

We will work hard to read the reports you send us and apply the changes necessary.

These updates will be available on the live servers soon.
