1) First of all, nobody likes to repeat doing main quests for every single character created, although it's not required to do so but it can be uncomfortable to see your characters have unfinished main quests. You can do something like Lost Ark, a pass to skip all main quest up to latest completion from any characters, and shows in quest list that the quest was cleared instead of leaving it there open in the main quest column as unfinished. Players are already joking about the "R" key by the way.

2) Categorise your family and individual character quests. It's confusing in the quest list to know which are family shared quests and which are individual character quests. It's a joke to PA that players have to go to external web sites to find out these information.

3) Worst and hardest part of the game is creating character names. Family names can be unique but characters names could include more variations like space bar between two syllabus names. So many names are being taken and probably some don't even log in any more.

4) Give better rewards for world bosses, raids, dark rifts and black shrine. Cron stones, memory fragments or ingredients for end game gear.

5) Many side quests are so old and gives lousy rewards. Renew the rewards to cron stones, memory fragments or ingredients for end game gear too.
