Unable to download Patch Issue

Hello, Adventurers!
This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.
We have received many tickets about Patch download is going back to 0% after reaching 11% since 12/01 (Sun).
After checking, we have found that the issue occurs when there is an insufficient storage space.
If you are currently facing the same issue as above, please make sure you have at least 30GB space before updating.
