Known Issues

Greetings Adventurers,
This is a list of in-game known issues that are currently being investigated.
We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced.
We will continuously update this notice as issues are discovered and resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Current Known Issues
● Non-Alliance leader guilds cannot properly place a Defense Tower.
● An unusable Abyssal Veins object is appearing in the Balenos Mountains and inside The Magnus.
● [Gamepad Mode] Going through the loading screen (e.g. moving to Select Server or changing characters) resets some Ring Menu settings.
● [Gamepad Mode] The "Mythical Censer" cannot be used for Mythical Horse Awakening.
● The [Event] Academy Donation Certificate item from exchanging the [Event] Academy Donation Ticket cannot be found.
- Adventurers who exchanged for the [Event] Academy Donation Certificate will be included in the digital plaque and receive the Olvia Academy Plaque once Olvia Academy officially opens.
● If your mount is out of call distance when transferring an item from a character with Krogdalo's Sanctuary, you'll see a message saying you need to be closer to your mount and won't be able to retrieve the item.
● The "[Event] [Guild] Afuaru's Mystical Treasure Chest Summon Scroll" distributed through the event contains incorrect information stating its removal.
- This item will not be removed, and the description will be fixed during the Jan 22 (Thu) maintenance.
● [Seraph] Using any social action that involves weapons does not display their appearance.
● [Gamepad Mode] In the Seraph Ascension quest, the input key for the "Sacramentum" skill is not displayed and appears as [] instead.
● The Guild (G) - Guild Mission UI and Guild Chat occasionally displays incorrect information.
● In the Black Shrine - Donghae (Solo) Gumiho Boss Blitz, characters may instantly die again after resurrection, and, upon revival, are moved to Yeowoo Cave.
● [Steam] Payment failure occurs occasionally when purchasing Pearl Box.
- If you experience repeated payment failures, you can temporarily work around this by adding funds to your Steam Wallet before purchasing a Pearl Box.
● The Character Slots in the simplified view of the End Game (ESC) UI are not correctly centered.
- Construction Mode Node/Conquest War: If the fort is dismantled, participation for all guild/alliance members will be cancelled as well.
● Certain classes are seeing Karma penalty messages when defeating monsters in Honglim Base and Dokkebi Forrest.
- Please be advised that your Family's actual Karma will not decrease.
● Containers installed in residences are not appearing in the list of the Contribution Point Usage UI.
● We are aware of the issue where "Private/Personal Trade" is not possible when using the gamepad UI.
● We are aware of the issue where AP is not reduced normally when it rains or snows.
● We are aware of the issue where you cannot level up when receiving EXP as a quest reward at level 59 99.99%.
● We are aware of the issue where you sporadically do not obtain gathering materials while Water Scooping.
