Launcher Reinstallation Guide

If you are experiencing persistent errors when using the Pearl Abyss Launcher, and have already followed the reinstall guide without effective results,
please follow the instructions below to reinstall the launcher.
* Reinstalling the launcher will not delete the game, so you can immediately continue playing the game without reinstalling it.
Launcher Reinstallation Instructions
① Close the launcher you are using.
② Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and ensure that Pearl Abyss Launcher or Update.exe is not currently running.
③ Open the Windows Start menu, click on Settings, and then go to the Apps and Features tab.
④ Find Pearl Abyss Launcher, click on the Remove option to uninstall the launcher.
⑤ Download the launcher installation file and proceed with the installation. [Download Launcher Installation File]
⑥ Once the installation is complete, you can use the launcher as before.
② Open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and ensure that Pearl Abyss Launcher or Update.exe is not currently running.
③ Open the Windows Start menu, click on Settings, and then go to the Apps and Features tab.
④ Find Pearl Abyss Launcher, click on the Remove option to uninstall the launcher.
⑤ Download the launcher installation file and proceed with the installation. [Download Launcher Installation File]
⑥ Once the installation is complete, you can use the launcher as before.
